Post-doctoral position in malaria is available to use imaging and intravital microscopy to study dynamics of mosquito injection of sporozoites into skin and kinetics of sporozoites in naïve and immunized mice. Parallel studies are being done with adjuvants to enhance protective immunogenicity of syringe-injected, attenuated sporozoites.
